Dr. Cormac Walsh is a researcher and lecturer at the University of Hamburg, Institute for Geography. His research centres on the interpretative analysis of processes of spatial planning (land and marine) and environmental management with a focus on underlying spatial imaginaries and nature-society relations. His most recent work concerns practices of nature conservation, coastal management and spatial planning at the Wadden Sea coast.
